Your portrait is created from the most suitable image provided as the main reference. A preview is included before final delivery, with one small round of refinements available if needed.

Once complete, your finished portrait is delivered by email as a high-resolution digital file.

Your finished portrait will be created in the orientation that best suits your photo. Depending on the image provided, the final artwork may be delivered in portrait, landscape, or square format.

This product includes the finished digital artwork file only.

No physical print is shipped with this option.

After your finished digital portrait is delivered, you’ll also receive a private discount link if you’d like to order a professionally printed fine art version from our store.

This means you can enjoy the digital portrait first, keep the artwork file forever, and turn it into a printed keepsake later at a reduced price if you choose.

Your portrait preview will be delivered by email within 2–3 business days.

Some previews may be completed sooner where possible, but each piece is carefully created, checked, and prepared before final delivery.

Small refinements may include minor adjustments to details such as markings, colour balance, or presentation.

This does not include full redesigns, major style changes, changing to a completely different photo after work has begun, combining multiple pets into one portrait without prior agreement, or unlimited revisions.

Because each portrait is custom-created specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases once work has begun.
